Client´s objective:
Assessment of costs to complete the works, and as applicable, process the 1st occupancy license and support the economic valuation of the asset at completed state.
Trident AM management period:
Starting in 03/2018.
Evolution of the objective:
Coordinated management between the Administration, the asset owner, and the holder of the mortgage debt, in order to complete the works to obtain the 1st occupancy license.
