Asset:
Sector with a surface area of 1.1 million m2 and 3,508 homes planned. Presence of over 20 owners in the sector and a single financial entity, which owns 20% of the entire area.
Client´s objective:
To unblock the urban development of the sector which had been stopped since 2006, and was stuck at the provisional approval of the Sector Plan (Stage I of the urban planning process).
Trident AM management period:
From 2009 up to 2016
Objective achieved:
All urban planning and management instruments were approved, up until the Reparcelling Project was formulated, which has allowed net building plots to be set up and the start of the urban development works has been planned.
