Residential real estate development with 50 homes, currently stopped.
Client´s objective:
Reactivate the development which has been stopped since 2014; TRIDENT is carrying out the entire property developer process (technical, commercial and administrative management).
TRIDENT AM MANAGEMENT PERIOD:
Starting in 07/2017
Objective evolution (01/19):
Having reached 85% of the development sales, the budget has been carried out, and the deadlines to deliver the project are being met (May 2019).
